Creighton Model Chart: abnormalities identified through charting

Using the Creighton Model FertilityCare System as a means of monitoring one’s reproductive and gynaecological health has led to the new reproductive medical and surgical science of NaProTECHNOLOGY ®. This science utilizes the patterns observed in the NaProTRACKING® of the biological markers of the cycle in such a way that it allows for the interpretation of various aspects of a woman’s health.

The CrMS chart, which is unique to each woman, allows also for the proper timing of the blood tests and ultrasound scans. The chart, together with the results from these tests, will also reflect progress in the optimisation of the cycles.

Understanding symptoms

A Note about PMS (Premenstrual Syndrome)

PMS is a grouping of symptoms which can begin several days prior to the onset of menstruation. These symptoms usually include irritability, breast tenderness, bloating, weight gain, carbohydrate craving, tearfulness, anxiety, depression, fatigue, headache and/or insomnia. Some mild symptoms for one or two days prior to menstruation should not be considered PMS.
