Using the CREIGHTON MODEL System as a means of monitoring one’s reproductive and gynaecological health has led to the new reproductive medical and surgical science of NaProTECHNOLOGY ®. This science utilizes the patterns observed in the NaProTRACKING® of the biological markers of the cycle in such a way that it allows for the interpretation of various aspects of a women’s health.
The CrMS chart, which is unique to each woman, allows also for the proper timing of the blood tests and follicle tracking ultrasound scans.
The chart, together with bloods results and ultrasound scans results, will also reflect progress in the optimisation of the cycles.

Treatment and ongoing care

Treatments – which are personalised and provided cooperatively (“in sync”) with your own cycles – include hormonal and non-hormonal treatments, supplements and diet. Specialised surgery may be recommended when appropriate for the treatment of endometriosis & adhesions, of uterine abnormalities and blocked tubes, of abnormalities resulting from sexually transmitted infections etc.
Once the multifactorial causes of infertility and miscarriage are addressed, the success rate for infertility is at least comparable to other more invasive techniques and for recurrent miscarriages, it can be as high as 80%, depending on age and underlying causes. In fact, many hundreds of couples in this area have already successfully used the “NaPro” programme to overcome their fertility issues and become parents to full term healthy babies, even after failed attempts with artificial techniques and even when marrying in their late 30s or early 40s.

Recurrent Miscarriages
Miscarriages usually occur as the result of several underlying causes, they are multifactorial.
With NaProTECHNOLOGY®, the different possible underlying causes are investigated – including surgical abnormalities and male sperm parameters – and treated. Cycles are optimised pre-conception in order to decrease the risk of miscarriages and increase the chance of a successful pregnancy. Then hormone levels are monitored throughout the pregnancy and hormone support is provided as long as necessary.

PMS (Premenstrual syndrome)
PMS is a grouping of symptoms which usually begin several days prior to the onset of menstruation. These symptoms usually include irritability, breast tenderness, bloating, weight gain, carbohydrate craving, teariness, depression, fatigue, headache and/or insomnia. These symptoms can be effectively treated with NaProTECHNOLOGY®. Some mild symptoms for one or two days prior to menstruation should not be considered PMS.
